Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA237572 Peta Kadaster 157-D yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu Tapak untuk Dewan dan Tadika dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kemaman atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1965], the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan No. CP237572

Cadastral Map 157-D deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu, for a public purpose, to wit, a Site for Hall and Kindergarten and has designated that the District Officer of Kemaman or his successors in office shall maintain the reserved land.
