- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 1 Enakmen Undang-Undang Keluarga Islam (Negeri Johor) 2003, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan telah menetapkan 1hb April 2004 sebagai tarikh Enakmen ini hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Islamic Family Law Enactment (State of Johor) Enactment 2003, His Majesty the Sultan has appointed the 1st April 2004 as the date the Enactment shall come into force.
