Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 9
(1)
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member of the
Commission, other than the Chief Executive Officer, without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(2)
A member of the Commission, other than the Chief Executive Officer, may, at any time, resign from his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister.
