Section 14

The Collector or any officer or person authorized to exercise the powers of entry or investigation under section 13 may enter a place of entertainment if he considers it to be necessary and has reason to believe that an offence against this Act has been committed and may search the place and any person whom he reasonably believes to be concerned in the management or to be a servant or agent of the proprietor of the place, provided that no female shall be searched except by a female.
