PADA menjalankan kuasa $ ^{2} $ yang di-beri di-bawah sekshen 2 Ordinan (Kuasa $ ^{2} $ Perlu) Dharurat No.1,1969,Pengarah Gerakan yang ditetapkan di-bawah sekshen 2 Ordinan (Kuasa $ ^{2} $ Perlu) Dharurat No.2, 1969, dengan ini membuat peratoran $ ^{2} $ yang berikut:

Seksyen 2

Bagi tempoh sa-lama Dharurat di-kuatkuasakan sekshen 12 Akta Imigresen, 1963, hendak-lah di-bacha sa-olah $ ^{2} $ sekshen itu telah diganti dengan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Peratoran $ ^{2} $ ini boleh-lah di-namakan Peratoran $ ^{2} $ Dharurat Nama. (Imigresen) (Negeri $ ^{2} $ Borneo), 1969.

"12. Dalam Bahagian ini, daripada Akta ini 'Pehak-berkuasa Negeri' erti-nya, bagi apa $ ^{2} $ maksud berkenaan dengan Negeri Borneo, Pengerusi Jawatan-kuasa Gerakan Negeri bagi Negeri itu yang di-tubohkan di-bawah Ordinan Dharurat (Kuasa $ ^{2} $ Perlu) Perlu, No. 2 1969."

ESSENTIAL (IMMIGRATION) (BORNEO STATES) REGULATIONS. 1969

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred under section 2 of the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No.1,1969,the Director of Operations designated under section 2 of the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No.2,1969, hereby makes the following regulations:

Seksyen 1

These regulations may be cited as the Essential (Immigration) (Borneo States) Regulations, 1969.

Seksyen 2

For so long as the Emergency is in force, section 12 of the Immigration Act, 1963, shall be read as if there shall be substituted therefore the following:

"12. In this Part of this Act 'State Authority' means, for any purpose relating to a Borneo State, the Chairman of the State Operations Committee of the State established under the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 2, 1969."
