Section 21 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words
“licensee” the words “licensed manufacturer”;
(b)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “holder of a licence” the words “licensed manufacturer”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “licenced tobacco manufacturer” the words “licensed manufacturer in tobacco product”.
