Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection (3) of section 26 of the Petroleum Ordinance [Ord. No. 21 of 1960.], 1960 and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Chief Secretary has exempted all petroleum which is under the control of Her Majesty’s or Commonwealth Forces or the Government of North Borneo from the provisions of the Ordinance and the Petroleum Rules [G.N.
