  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 36(1) dan (2) Enakmen Pentadbiran Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang 1993, Mufti bagi Negeri Pulau Pinang membuat fatwa seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 36(1) and (2) of the Administration of Islamic Religious Affairs Enactment of the State of Penang 1993, the Mufti for the State of Penang makes the fatwa as specified in the Schedule.
