Appointment of officers and servants of the Authority

Section 5
(1)
The Authority may appoint such officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2)
All members, officers or servants of the Authority, while discharging their duties as such members, officers or servants, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code
[Act 574].
