of FEDERAL AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2022

Section 2

The Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority Act 1965

[Act 141], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 1a in the definition of “agricultural produce”—

(a)

in paragraph (a), by deleting the word “and” at the end of the paragraph; and

FEDERAL AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AUTHORITY

(AMENDMENT) ACT 2022

(b)

by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

“(aa) the animals as specified in the Third Schedule, and the carcasses and produce of such animals;

and”.

Section 2 — FEDERAL AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2022
