Definition of “State purposes”:

Inserted by Act 25/1963, subsections 5(1) and (3), in force from 31-08-1957.

w. Definition of “the Federation”:

The present definition was inserted by Act A1642, paragraph 3(b), in force from 11-02-2022; and replaced the original definition which reads as follows:

‘ “the Federation” means the Federation established under the Federation of Malaya

Agreement 1957;’.
