(1)
The boundaries of the State of Sabah are hereby altered by the exclusion of the area described hereunder for the purpose of the establishment of the Federal
Territory of Labuan.
(2)
The Federal Territory of Labuan shall consist of the area bounded by boundary lines joining the points whose coordinates are:

The boundaries and the area of the Federal Territory of Labuan as shown in the map referred to in subsection (2) shall be conclusive evidence of the boundaries and the area of the Federal Territory of Labuan.
