Section 61

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198], shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the

Commissioner, every member of the Appeal Board or Committee and every authorized officer or agent under this Act in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in such capacity.
