UNDER SECTION 23
The fee payable for permission under section 3 of the Ordinance, to lead or drive a buffalo along any bridle-path shall be 25c for each day’s journey, and the Resident shall power by notice published locally to prescribe what distance or journey shall constitute a “day’s journey”.
