Possession of feed or feed additive containing antibiotics, etc.

Section 20
(1)
No person shall possess any feed or feed additive which contains antibiotics, hormones or other chemicals the addition of which are not permitted under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both, and for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years or to both.
