Duration of licence

Section 9
(1)
A licence to export or import feed or feed additive, unless the licence is suspended or revoked under section 14, shall be valid for one consignment subject to the expiry date specified in the licence.
(2)
A licence to manufacture feed shall, unless the licence is suspended or revoked, be valid for a term expiring not later than the end of the calendar year in which it commences, and shall terminate at the expiry of that term.
