Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Enactment 1981 [No. 27 of 1981], the Yang di-Pertua Negeri makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Section 2
Fees
(1)
The fees of one thousand five hundred ringgit shall be payable by the applicant as an application fee for barter trade.
(2)
The application fee shall be paid to the Sabah Ministry of Finance.
