This Order may be cited as the Fees (Cocoa Analysis) order, 1985 and shall come into force on the 1st day of
December, 1985.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Enactment, 1981, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has made the following order:

The following fees shall be payable per analysis for the analysis of cocoa beans undertaken by the Department of
Agriculture.
