Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Deposit of Cash with State Treasury) Order 1993 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st January, 1994.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Enactment 1981, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has made the following Order: Short title and commencement
Section 2
Fee
The fee payable by Post Malaysia Berhad to the State Treasury Department for depositing any cash for safe-keeping with any of its offices in Sabah shall be 2.5% of the amount of cash so deposited.
