Section 3

Registration shall be valid until the 31st December next following. The fee for renewal or registration shall be ten per centum of the registration fee of the Class concerned. Where a registered plantation contractor is to be registered in a higher class the fee shall be the difference between the fee for the higher class and the fee for the class in which the contractor is already registered, plus any renewal fee where appropriate.
