Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Registration with Resettlement Division) Order, 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st June, 1987.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Fees Enactment, 1981, The Yang di-Pertua Negeri has made the following order:-
Section 2
The fee payable for the registration of refugees, displaced persons and illegal immigrants with the Resettlement
Division of the Chief Minister’s Department shall be M$5.00 per person.
