Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Enactment 1981 (No. 27 of 1981], the Yang di-Pertua Negeri makes the following order: Citation
Section 2
Fee
(1)
There shall be payable by the applicant –
(a)
a fee of three thousand ringgit as an administration fee for the processing of an application for Sabah-Malaysia My Second Home Programme; and
(b)
a fee of one thousand five hundred ringgit as an administration fee for the processing of a renewal application for the Sabah-Malaysia My Second Home Programme.
Section 3
The fees shall be paid to the Sabah Ministry of Finance.
