Section 9
Subsection 22(2) of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subparagraph (a)(ii), by inserting after the semicolon the word “and”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “; and” at the end of paragraph (b) a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (c).
