Section 29
The Fifth Schedule to the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the heading of that Schedule, by inserting after the words “postal franking machine” the words “or digital franking machine”; and
(b)
by inserting after item 9 the following items:
“10.
Letter of indemnity.
