Schedule 3 to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
in paragraph 37B —
(i)
in subparagraph (a), by inserting after the word
“research” the words “and development”;
(ii)
in subparagraph (e), by inserting before the word
“undertaken” the words “and development”;
(iii)
by inserting after the words “such research” wherever appearing the words “and development”; and
(iv)
by inserting after the words “in the case of research”
the words “and development”; and
(b)
in paragraph 37D, by inserting after the word “research” the words “and development”.
