Section 48 of the principal Act is amended—

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c);
(b)
by substituting for the comma at the end of paragraph (d) the words “; or”; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:
“(e) by means of digital stamping,”.
