ORDINAN No. 50 (KUASA $ ^{2} $ PERLU) DHARURAT, 1970
Suatu Ordinan di-ishtiharkan oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong di-bawah Perkara 150 (2) Perlembagaan Persekutuan.

BAHAWA SA-NYA oleh sebab ada-nya dharurat besar mengancham keselamatan Malaysia, suatu Perishtiharan Dharurat telah di-keluarkan oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong di-bawah Perkara 150 Perlembagaan;

DAN BAHAWA SA-NYA Parlimen telah di-bubarkan pada dua puloh haribulan Mach, 1969, dan belum lagi di-panggil bersidang;

DAN BAHAWA SA-NYA Yang di-Pertuan Agong ada-lah berpuashati bahawa tindakan segera ada-lah di-kehendaki bagi mengishtiharkan suatu Ordinan untok meminda Ordinan (Saraan) Menteri, 1967;
MAKA ADA-LAH DENGAN INI DI-PERBUAT UNDANG $ ^{2} $ oleh Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong menurut Fasal (2) Perkara 150 Perlembagaan saperti berikut:

section 4 Substitute therefor the following— "Government motor car: A Government motor car which is locally assembled shall be provided."

section 5 Substitute therefor the following—
"Milage Allowance:
Milage allowance at half the rates payable to officers in Division I of the General Public Service shall be paid for journeys on official duty beyond a radius of five miles from office in Kuala Lumpur (journeys between house and office excepted)."
Substitute for paragraph (a) the following—
"（a）a monthly allowance of sixteen hundred and fifty dollars; and".
Renumber the section as sub-section (1) of section 3 and add the following sub-section (2)
"（2）This section shall not apply to the monthly allowance specified in sub-section (1) (a) of section 3 of the Parliament (Members' Remuneration) Act, 1960.".

Opening note
Preamble
- WHEREAS it is provided under sub-section (4) of section 10 of the Financial Procedure Ordinance, 1957, that the House of Representatives may from time to time by resolution amend, delete, or add to the Second Schedule thereto; AND WHEREAS Parliament was dissolved on the twentieth day of March, 1969; AND WHEREAS section 2 of the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 6, 1969, provides that the extension, force or effect of any written law may be effected by an order made under the hand of the Director of Operations designated under section 2 of the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 2, 1969, published in the Gazette; NOW THEREFORE, the Director of Operations designated under section 2 of the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance No. 2, 1969, hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Financial Procedure (Amendment of the Second Schedule) Order, 1970.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Financial Procedure Ordinance, 1957 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following new item—
"The Majlis Kebangsaan bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam (Malaysia Barat) Fund".

- PADA menjalankan kuasa $ ^{2} $ yang di-beri oleh sekshen 12 Akta Kastam, 1967, Mentri Kewangan dengan ini membuat Perentah yang berikut:
Seksyen 1
Perentah ini boleh-lah di-namakan Perentah Kastam (Nilai $ ^{2} $ ) (Getah, dsb.) (No. 40), 1970, dan hendak-lah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1 haribulan Oktober, 1970.
Seksyen 2
Bagi maksud pemungutan dan pembayaran Duti Kastam, menurut peruntokan $ ^{2} $ Perentah Duti Kastam, 1968, nilai bagi tiap $ ^{2} $ satu barang berduti yang di-nyatakan dalam ruang pertama Jadual bersama ini, mengikut yunit-nya yang tersebut dalam ruang kedua Jadual tersebut, ia-lah sa-banyak yang di-nyatakan dalam ruang ketiga Jadual tersebut.
