Section 1
This Order may be cited as the First Schedule (Removal of Anomaly) Order 1981 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July 1980.

FIRST SCHEDULE (REMOVAL OF ANOMALY) ORDER 1981
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 19 of the First Schedule to the Members of the Administration and the Legislative Assembly (Remuneration) Enactment 1981 the Yang di-Pertua Negeri makes the following order :- Citation and Commencement.
Section 2
The First Schedule to the Members of the Administration and the Legislative Assembly (Remuneration)
Enactment 1981 is amended -
(a)
by deleting the words “last drawn” wherever they appear in the interpretation of “salary” in paragraph 1;
(c)
by deleting the words “last drawn” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 5; and
(d)
by inserting after the word “pension” where last appearing in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 16 the words
“and gratuity”.
