Section 3
The principal Act is amended in the preamble—
(a)
by inserting after the word “management” the words
“, aquaculture, research, expansion”; and
(b)
by inserting after the words “in Malaysian fisheries waters”
the words “, the assurance of safety and quality of fish and fish products”.
