Section 50 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the word “vessel”
the words “fishing vessel”;
(b)
by substituting for the words “vessel, vehicle” wherever appearing the words “fishing vessel, conveyance”; and
(c)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “vessel
(including its equipment, furniture, appurtenances, stores, cargo and fishing appliance), vehicle” the words “fishing vessel, convenyance”.
