Section 4
(1)
There shall be a Free Trade Zone Advisory Committee consisting of not less than five but not more than seven persons to be appointed by the Minister to advise him on all matters connected with free trade zones.
(2)
At least three of the persons appointed under subsection (1) shall be persons with wide experience in commerce and trade.
(3)
Every appointment made under this section shall be published in the Gazette.
