Section 7

(1)

No retail trade shall be conducted within a free trade zone unless authorised by the Authority; and the Authority may in relation to such authorisation impose such conditions as it deems fit.

(2)

The Authority shall consult the Regional Comptroller before authorising any retail trade to be conducted within a free trade zone.
