Section 10
(1)
If any person contravenes any of the provisions of this
Part, he shall, subject to section 11 be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit and to forfeit any goods upon or in connection with which the emblem, design or words, as the case may be, was or were used.
(2)
Where an offence committed by a body corporate or society is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of any director, manager, secretary or other officer of the body corporate or society, he, as well as the body corporate, shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence and shall be liable to be prosecuted and punished accordingly.
