Section 34

There shall be removed from the Register the name and other particulars of—

of Geologists Act 2008

Section 34

(a)

any registered geologist or registered practitioner who has died;

(b)

any registered geologist or registered practitioner who has failed to renew his registration within one month of the expiry of the registration; or

(c)

any registered geologist or registered practitioner whose registration has been revoked.
