Interest on debts, damages and costs

Section 32

(1)

Any written law relating to the payment of interest on judgment debts, damages or costs shall apply to judgments given in proceedings by or against the Government.

This section shall apply both in relation to proceedings pending at the commencement of this Act and in relation to proceedings instituted thereafter.
