THE HIGHWAYS (VHF DRIVEWAY, SANDAKAN) RULES, 1958
By virtue of the powers conferred upon him by section 6 of the Highways Ordinance [Cap. 55.] and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor has made the following rules:-
Section 2
The First Schedule of the Highways Ordinance is amended by adding the following item to the Schedule:-
Highways
Officer Empowered under section 3
“9 The VHF Driveway, Sandakan
The Director of Public Works”
Dated at Jesselton, this 29th day of May, 1958.
