Rights of guarantor against hirer

Section 24
(1)
The guarantor is entitled to be indemnified by the hirer against any claim made by the owner on the guarantee.
(2)
The guarantor is entitled to compel the hirer to pay the instalments in respect of the hire-purchase agreement as and when they fall due; and for this purpose he may apply to a court of a Magistrate for an order to that effect.
