HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1979
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (4) of section 3 of the Holidays Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby makes the following Order:-
Section 2
The First Schedule to the Holidays Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words
“Birthday of Prophet Mohamed” appearing therein the words “Good Friday”.
Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 2nd day of March, 1979.
