Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Holidays (Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 1992 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1993.

THE HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1992
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under subsection (4) of section 3 of the Holidays Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement.
Section 2
The First Schedule to the Holidays Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting the words “Malaysia Day cum”
immediately before the words “The Birthday of His Excellency Yang di-Pertua Negeri”.
Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 8th day of January, 1993.
