Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Holidays (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1994 and shall come into operation on the 1st January, 1995.

THE HOLIDAYS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1994
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under subsection (4) of section 3 of the Holidays Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby makes the following Order: Citation and commencement.
Section 2
The First Schedule to the Holidays Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately below the words “Hari
Keputeraan Nabi Mohammed S.A.W.” the word “Deepavali”.
Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 3rd day of December, 1994.
