Section 7

Any police officer may require any person whom he believes to be acting as a collector for the purposes of a collection to declare to him immediately his name and address and, if any person fails to comply with a requirement duly made to him under this section, he shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit.
