Section 34A

The Authority may secure the repayment of any sum borrowed by the Authority or by a third party with the approval in writing of the Authority by the mortgage or charge, legal or equitable, of any property vested in the Authority, or of any revenue receivable by the

Authority under this Enactment or any other written law.
