Section 22A

The Controller, every Deputy Controller, every Inspector and all members and officers of the Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants

for the purposes of the Penal Code [Act 574], and to be public officers for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Code or any other written law which the Minister may from time to time prescribe.
