Section 10E
(1)
No suit shall lie against the Controller or any officer authorised by the Controller or any police officer in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith and in the intended exercise of any power conferred or performance of the duty imposed by this
Enactment.
(2)
No suit shall lie against the Government, the Controller or any officer authorised by the Controller or any police officer for any damages caused to anything whatsoever seized and detained in the exercise of his powers and duties under this Enactment.
