Continuation and completion of disciplinary proceedings

Section 18
—
(1)
Where on the appointed day, any disciplinary proceeding is pending or existing against any officer or employee of the Commission who has become an officer or employee of the
Corporation, such proceedings shall be continued and completed by the Board under this Ordinance.

(2)
An order, ruling or direction made or given by any committee established by the Board to conduct disciplinary proceedings shall be treated as an order, ruling or direction of the
Board and have the same force or effect as if it had been made or given by the Board pursuant to the authority vested in the Board under this Ordinance.
