IMPOSITION OF SPECIAL CHARGE UNDER
RULE 12 (3)

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Rule 12 (3) of the Forest Rules, 1969 the Director of Forestry, with the approval of the Minister of Finance, hereby imposes with effect from 1st January, 1969 a special charge known as “nett proceeds” to be paid into the Land Alienation Deposit Account established under section 9 of the Financial Procedure Act, 1957 [Act 61.] at such rate as may be specified in the licence or licence agreement in addition to royalty for the right to take forest produce under such licence or licence agreement issued under the Forest Enactment, 1968.
