IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1967, the House of Representatives at its sitting on 10th February, 1969, resolved that Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act, 1967 be amended by deleting therefrom the following items: Penang Harbour Board Malayan Railway Administration National Electricity Board Penang Port Commission Port Swettenham Authority and renumbering the existing items according to the order in which they appear.
