INCOME TAX ACT, 1967

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1967, the House of Representatives at its sitting on 10th February, 1969, resolved that Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act, 1967 be amended by deleting therefrom the following items:

Penang Harbour Board

Malayan Railway Administration

National Electricity Board

Penang Port Commission

Port Swettenham Authority and renumbering the existing items according to the order in which they appear.
