Section 43
Subject to subsection 17(2) and section 50, where by this Act or any regulations made under this Act, a time is specified within which an act or thing is to be done, the Registrar may, unless otherwise expressly directed by the Court, extend the time either before or after its expiration, upon payment of the prescribed fee.
