Inspection of Register

Section 8
(1)
The Register shall be open to the inspection of the public at such times and in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed.
(2)
A certified true copy or extract of any entry in the Register sealed with the seal of the Registrar shall be given to any person requiring the same on payment of the prescribed fee.
