Section 31
In the event of an agreement being reached during the proceedings before the Court, the Court in making its award may, subject to this Act, have regard to the terms of the agreement; and in the event of an agreement being reached before the Court commences its proceedings, the Court may be constituted by the President or
Chairman sitting alone for the purpose of recording the terms of such agreement.
